These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the main website operated by The Haunted Lighthouse Limited at haunted.lighthouse.co.im (the “Website”).

Separate terms apply to our Mastodon instance at lighthouse.co.im and our Forgejo hosting at git.lighthouse.co.im. Those services are covered by the Mastodon Terms and Forgejo Hosting Terms respectively.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by The Haunted Lighthouse Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (Company No. 138512C), with its registered office in Peel, Isle of Man (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Website.

3. What this Website is (and is not)

The Website provides information about The Haunted Lighthouse Limited, including our services, pricing, technical capabilities and contact details. It may link to, or describe, other services we operate (such as Mastodon and Forgejo), but it is not itself a social network or hosting platform.

Any decision to purchase services or engage us for consultancy is subject to additional agreements, which will be provided separately where relevant.
